Official Rules – No Purchase Necessary to Enter or Win

A Purchase Does Not Increase Your Chances of Winning. Open to Legal Residents of the 50 United States and D.C., 18 Years of Age or Older and Legal Age of Majority. Void Where Prohibited.

1. GIVEAWAY PERIOD: The Ojai Summer Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) starts on Monday June 26, 2017 10:00 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time (“ET”) and ends Monday July 10, 2017 at 11:59 p.m ET (the “Giveaway Period”).
2. ELIGIBILITY: The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age or older and of legal age of majority in the applicable jurisdiction as of the date of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Kammok (the “Sponsor”) and any brands participating in the Giveaway, namely, Airstream, YETI, Zeal Optics, Oru Kayak, Outdoor Voices, The Outbound Collective, Caravan Outpost, B&O Play, and Sun Basket (collectively, the “Participating Brands”), or their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate in the Giveaway. The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited. No purchase is necessary to win, nor does it increase the odds of winning. Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Giveaway. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
3. HOW TO ENTER: During the Giveaway Period, eligible entrants may enter the Giveaway by visiting ojai.kammok.com (the “Giveaway Website”) and completing and submitting the online entry form with all required information to receive one (1) entry (“Entry”) into the Giveaway. Entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. ET on July 10, 2017 in order to be included in the Giveaway drawing. Limit one (1) Entry per person. Entries generated by script, macro or other automated means and Entries by any means which subvert the Entry process are void. All Entries become the sole property of the Sponsor. Any dispute as to identity of entrant shall be resolved by Sponsor, in its sole discretion. Entry may be acknowledged; but, if applicable, acknowledgment of receipt of Entry does not constitute any representation by Sponsor as to eligibility. Sponsor is not responsible for Entries that are lost, late, corrupted, irregular, misdirected, stolen, not credited to a given entrant or incomplete and all such Entries are void. Sponsor is not responsible for inability of a given person to share Giveaway due to technology malfunction, failure, defect or other cause. Proof of submission of Entry does not constitute proof of receipt of same or proof of Entry. Sponsor is also not responsible for (a) any incomplete, incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by tampering, hacking, equipment malfunction/failure or other cause; (b) any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission of e-mails, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of Entries; and (c) any problems or technical malfunctions, disruptions or failures of any kind, including telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, software or programming or for damage to one’s computer (or information stored thereon) due to participation in the Giveaway.
4. RANDOM DRAWING: The Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing, on or about July 11, 2017, from among all eligible Entries received during the Giveaway Period. The odds of winning a prize will depend on the number of eligible Entries received during the Giveaway Period. Drawing will be conducted by the Giveaway Administrator, whose decisions are final on all matters relating to the drawing.
5. WINNER NOTIFICATION: Winners of the Giveaway (1 Grand Prize and 4 Runner Up Prizes) will be selected in a random drawing under the supervision of the Sponsor. Winners will be notified via email to the email address they entered the Giveaway with within five (5) days following the winner selection. The Sponsor shall have no liability for a winner's failure to receive notices due to winners' spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for winners' provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If the selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 10 days from the time award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and releases as required, prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. The receipt by winner of the prize offered in this Giveaway is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal and state laws and regulations. Any violation of these official rules by any winner (at the Sponsor’s sole discretion) will result in such winner’s disqualification as winner of the Giveaway and all privileges as winner will be immediately terminated.
6. PRIZE AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (“ARV”): One winner will receive the grand prize weekend getaway. Four winners will receive the runner up prize, totalling five winners in all. Actual/appraised value may differ at time of prize award. The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by the Sponsor and are subject to change. No cash or other prize substitution permitted except at Sponsor’s discretion. The prize is nontransferable. Any and all prize related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes shall be the sole responsibility of the winner. No substitution of prize or transfer/assignment of prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by winners is permitted. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for the Presenting Partners to use winner's name, likeness, and Entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. Grand Prize (1): A 5 day/4 night Luxury Camping Experience for 2-4 in an AIRSTREAM® Travel Trailer at Caravan Outpost in Ojai, California. Trip includes: (Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $5,000). Winner will not be permitted to move the Airstream Travel Trailer and must use it in a location designated by Sponsor. All other expenses and costs, not expressly listed above, including, but not limited to taxes, tips, entertainment, transfers, and transportation to and from airport to winner’s residence or prize location are the winner's sole responsibility. No transfer, assignment, substitution, or cash equivalent for prize will be permitted, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Runner Up Prize (4): Product from partners (ARV: $500-700 per prize)
7. SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORMS: The Sponsor and Participating Brands may promote the Giveaway via Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and/or other social media platforms (collectively, “Social Media Platforms”). However, the Giveaway is not sponsored by, endorsed by, or otherwise affiliated with the Social Media Platform. The Giveaway is subject to the terms and conditions of each Social Media Platform on which it is promoted. You agree to comply with the terms of service of the Social Media Platform you use in connection with the Giveaway. You understand and agree that any information you submit to the Sponsor in connection with your entry into this Giveaway is being submitted to Sponsor and may be shared with the Participating Brands.
8. GENERAL RULES: By participating, you agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements set forth herein. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of Sponsor as final and binding as it relates to the content. The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws. Information about the prizes and how to enter form part of these Rules.
9. Terms: The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Giveaway should (in its sole discretion) a virus, bugs, unauthorized human intervention, fraud or other causes beyond its control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the Giveaway. In such case, the Sponsor may select the recipients from all eligible Entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by the Sponsor. The Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Giveaway or website or violates these Terms & Conditions. The Sponsor has the right, in its sole discretion, to maintain the integrity of the Giveaway, to void votes for any reason, including, but not limited to; multiple entries from the same user from different IP addresses; multiple Entries from the same computer in excess of that allowed by Giveaway rules; or the use of bots, macros or scripts or other technical means for entering. Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately damage any web site or undermine the legitimate operation of the Giveaway may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. By entering the Giveaway you agree to receive email newsletters periodically from the Sponsor and any of the participating supporters of the Giveaway, as listed in Prizes section. You can opt-out of receiving this communication at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in the newsletter.
10. Limitation of Liability: By entering you agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, the Participating Brands, the Social Media Platforms, and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from (i) such entrant's participation in the Giveaway and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof, (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunctioning of any computer, cable, network, hardware or software; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions or telephone or Internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Giveaway; (v) electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the Giveaway or the processing of Entries.
11. Rights Granted by you: By entering this Giveaway you understand that the Sponsor, Kammok, anyone acting on behalf of the Sponsor or its respective licensees, successors and assigns will have the right, where permitted by law, without any further notice, review or consent to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use, worldwide in any media now known or hereafter in perpetuity and throughout the World, your Entry, including, without limitation, the Entry and winner's name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image or statements about the Giveaway, and biographical information as news, publicity or information and for trade, advertising, public relations and promotional purposes without any further compensation.
12. RELEASE: You hereby release, and agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless, the Sponsor, the Participating Brands, the Social Media Platforms, and each of their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, prize suppliers, advertising/promotion agencies and each of their respective parent and affiliate companies and each such company’s officers, directors, employees and agents, from any injury, damage, death, loss or other liability arising from or in any way related to participation in the Giveaway or the awarding, acceptance, use or misuse of the Grand Prize, any other prize, or any prize substitute(s).
13. DISPUTES: This Giveaway is governed by laws of The United States of America and Texas without respect to conflict of law doctrines. As a condition of participating in this Giveaway, participant agrees that any and all disputes which cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Giveaway, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Texas having jurisdiction. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances will participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorneys' fees, other than participant's actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e. costs associated with entering this Giveaway), and participant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
14. PRIVACY: Except as otherwise contemplated in these Official Rules, and to the extent entrants may otherwise elect at the time of Entry, personal information collected in connection with the Giveaway will be used in accordance with the online privacy policy of the Sponsor. To view the Sponsor’s privacy policy, visit www.kammok.com/pages/privacy-policy. Any communication or information transmitted to Sponsor, the Giveaway Website by email or otherwise is and will be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary.
15. WINNER: To obtain a copy of the winner's names or a copy of these Official Rules, mail your request along with a stamped, self-addressed envelope to: Kammok, 1401 E 7th ST, Austin, TX 78702. Requests must be received no later than January 14, 2018.
16. SPONSOR/GIVEAWAY ADMINISTRATOR: The Sponsor of the Giveaway is Kammok Gear LLC of 1401 E 7th ST, Austin, TX 78702. Participating brands include Airstream, YETI, Zeal Optics, Oru Kayak, Outdoor Voices, The Outbound Collective, Caravan Outpost, B&O Play, and Sun Basket.
